Paid media measurement audit

You spend on media and cannot read the result.

We audit your measurement and tell you in writing whether it is worth investing further and what would have to be fixed first. For teams already spending on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or ChatGPT Ads who cannot reconcile their leads with their revenue.

The verdict is independent and can conclude that activating is not worth it yet. CONTEXTO does not access private conversations or control which ad any platform delivers.

Written verdictIt can conclude that activating is not worth it.
After the verdictWe operate the activation only if the case supports it.

Before you spend more

What this gives you that asking an assistant does not.

A conversational assistant writes ads in seconds, and writes them well. What it does not answer is whether what you already spend is producing business.

A chat writes the ads for you.

Drafting headlines and variants is already fast and cheap. That is not what we charge for. We charge for the judgment on whether those ads should exist at all.

It does not read your CRM.

An assistant cannot see your lead stages, your sales cycle, or which opportunities closed. Without that, nobody can say whether an activation produced business or only clicks.

It does not reconcile leads with revenue.

Someone has to check whether recorded leads later appear as opportunities and revenue in your own systems, and say exactly where that trail breaks.

It will not recommend that you do not spend.

An assistant answers the question you ask it. We deliver a written verdict that can end in “do not activate yet”, with the conditions that would have to be met first.

Three services

The verdict is the door, not the ceiling.

There are three services and they are engaged separately. The first can be engaged without our ever having met. The other two are quoted separately, after the verdict, and only if you ask for them.

  1. Readiness Assessment

We review your measurement, your offer, and your destination, and tell you in writing whether investing further is worth it and what you are missing.

    What you receive
A written verdict, with the evidence behind it and the gaps that would have to be closed, each one with an owner and a closing criterion. ChatGPT Ads eligibility is one section of the document, not its object.
    How it is engaged
It is the only one you can engage without having worked with us before. United States businesses only.
    Operating boundary
It ends in a document. It does not include implementation, activation, or media spend, and no platform delegates its eligibility decisions to us.
    Scope and price by email
  2. Remediation

We fix what the verdict found: the conversion events, the CRM, the attribution, and the map of what gets recorded at each step.

    What you receive
Measurement repaired and documented, gap by gap, against the closing criterion the verdict set.
    How it is engaged
Quoted separately, after the verdict, and only if you ask for it.
    Operating boundary
Scope is limited to the assets, access, and data you authorize. Repairing measurement does not promise that the spend will pay off.
    Scope and price by email
  3. Revenue Activation

We design the experiment, activate, measure, report, and decide whether to scale, iterate, or stop.

    What you receive
The experiment running and its periodic reading, with the decision that follows from what was observed.
    How it is engaged
Quoted separately and recurring. The name describes the work, not a promised outcome.
    Operating boundary
Every platform controls delivery, inventory, and approval. Scale, iterate, or stop is decided on observed evidence, never before.
    Scope and price by email

The deliverable

This is what the Readiness Assessment buys you.

An extract from an example verdict: the header with the verdict, the evidence labeled one source at a time, one concrete finding with its consequence, and the gap that comes out of it. The company is invented; the structure and the level of detail are the ones delivered.

Verdict

READY WITH GAPS

The category and the market allow advertising today. The measurement does not allow the result to be read. Two gaps have to close before committing budget.

Evidence examined

SourceLabelWhat was done with it
CRM export, twelve monthsObservedStage counts and a month-by-month reconstruction of the funnel
Revenue attributed to marketingClient-statedFigure handed over without access to the billing system
Reconciliation between platform and CRMUnknownNo process exists; it has never been done

An “unknown” is not a “no”. It means the evidence does not exist or could not be examined, which is why no statement in the verdict rests on it.

Findings

Attribution

Have you ever counted a sale that happened before the campaign went live?

Yes. Comparing the start date of the May campaign against the dates of the attributed conversions, fourteen of them predate the first day of delivery.

Consequence. The attributed total for that period does not hold until it is cleaned up. The conclusion drawn from that campaign rests on a count that includes sales the campaign could not have caused.

Follow the evidence

From channel to sale. Where does the trail break?

Four sources, four questions. We examine what the available evidence supports and where the unknowns begin.

Illustrative map, with no connected accounts or real results. We link sources only when evidence supports it; a recorded sale alone does not prove which ad caused it.

  1. Your company's source

    Platform

    What does the channel report?

Activity, reporting period, and the platform's definition of a conversion.

  2. Your company's source

    Website

    What happened on the page?

Landing-page events and the signals available to follow the journey.

  3. Your company's source

    Your CRM

    What happened to the contact?

Commercial records, prospect stage, and qualification criteria.

  4. Your company's source

    Revenue

    Which sale has supporting evidence?

Commercial evidence of the sale, when available and within the agreed scope.

The self-diagnostic

15 questions · about 4 minutes

Measures whether your company is in a position to advertise today.

Returns the total score, five subscores, the readiness state, and the gaps you would have to close.

Run the self-diagnostic

Activation plan generator

About eight minutes

Proposes what to advertise, where to send it, and how to measure it.

Returns need-moment hypotheses, the destination for each one, and the measurement map from click to revenue, with the point where it breaks today.

Generate my plan

One measures whether you are ready. The other proposes what to advertise and how to measure it. They are not the same tool and they do not replace each other: start with the first.

Neither of them is the verdict. Both are computed by your browser applying written rules; the verdict is signed by a person after examining your evidence, and it can contradict what a tool said.

Interactive comparison

Every channel captures a different signal. None of them tells you whether it produced revenue.

Pick a channel to see what signal it captures and when it shows up.

ChatGPT Ads

What signal it captures
The context and intent the platform processes inside the conversation.
When it shows up
Shows up as a clearly labeled ad below certain eligible responses, while the person explores, compares, and decides.
Its limit
The platform controls selection and delivery; advertisers do not receive chats.

The displayed marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

The failure we audit does not belong to any one of these channels: none of them reconciles, on its own, the click it records with the revenue your commercial system records. Reconciling them takes a deliberate implementation on your side, and that is what we review. Whoever spends on Google or Meta faces the same task as whoever is looking at ChatGPT Ads.

The category, illustrated

The question, the answer and, separately, the ad.

This is what the category looks like from the inside. Four different sectors, the same sequence.

  • Lifestyle and home

    Someone asks

What should I check before buying a sofa meant to last ten years?

    The answer comes back neutral

Compare the frame, foam density, upholstery, and warranty. Measure the space before you choose.

  • Local services

    Someone asks

I need an electrician to check the panel in an old apartment.

    The answer comes back neutral

Ask for a written quote and an installation certificate, and check that the professional is licensed.

  • Travel and experiences

    Someone asks

How do I compare five days in the mountains off season?

    The answer comes back neutral

Look at access, weather, what the stay includes, and the cancellation policy. Off season the schedules change.

This is CONTEXTO stating it, not the platform: the advertiser does not choose what the assistant answered, and neither do we.

What nobody can promise you, ourselves included.

The limits of ChatGPT Ads, gathered here with their official source: what state the product is in, who sees the ads, and what nobody can promise before seeing evidence from an activation.

  • OpenAI Ads Manager remains a Beta product, and ads may appear to eligible Free and Go users; Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Edu users do not receive them.
  • An available market does not guarantee delivery, volume, cost, advertiser approval, or coverage for a specific offer, and OpenAI has not published general performance benchmarks.
  • CONTEXTO does not promise sales, volume, ROAS, or business outcomes before observing real evidence from an activation.
  • CONTEXTO does not control organic answers, does not receive private conversations, and claims no official relationship with or endorsement from OpenAI.
  • If the conditions do not exist, the verdict is do not activate yet. We do not assume every niche has enough volume.

Advertising surfaces associated with Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot are expansion context, not capabilities that CONTEXTO claims to operate today.

Next step

Find out whether it is worth it, before you spend more.

If you are still looking, the self-diagnostic is free, commits you to nothing, and can tell you no. If you already want the signed verdict, the Readiness Assessment page explains what is reviewed and how it is engaged.

We only work with companies incorporated in the United States. Scope and price are agreed by email, and neither media spend nor activation is included.
