Information covered

Information is limited to the data a person chooses to submit through the commercial evaluation form, standard campaign attribution parameters, and the minimum technical security metadata needed to prevent abuse.

• Do not submit credentials, sensitive personal data, private conversations, CRM exports, or payment data.
• Contexto Ads Agency does not request access to private conversations through this form.

Purposes

• Respond to requests.
• Evaluate commercial fit and activation feasibility.
• Perform the requested commercial follow-up.
• Protect the service against abuse.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Retention

Lead information may be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful commercial interaction, unless earlier deletion is requested or a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Providers and locations

Operational providers may include Vercel, Make, Google Workspace or Google Sheets, and Upstash. Processing or storage may occur in the United States and in infrastructure locations used by these providers.

Limits and decisions

• CONTEXTO does not sell submitted personal information.
• No solely automated decision creates legal or similarly significant effects for the person submitting a request.
