- Material risks, dependencies, and open questions.
- Written SCALE / ITERATE / STOP recommendation with rationale and suggested next steps.
3. Required Customer Inputs
- Legal company name, company website, business contact, and authorized approver.
- Offer, pricing, target buyer, markets, landing page, and relevant claims or evidence.
- Current advertising status, known platform approvals or restrictions, and intended budget range.
- Available measurement, CRM, lead, SQL, opportunity, and conversion definitions.
- Timely responses to material clarification requests.
4. Excluded
Media spend, campaign activation, account approval, inventory reservation, campaign execution, creative production, pixel or Conversions API implementation, CRM integration, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, and any guarantee of platform or commercial results are excluded.
5. Founding Pilot Credit
If the Assessment was paid in full and not refunded, the parties may apply the USD 750 Assessment fee as a credit against the USD 3,500 Founding Pilot fee by signing an approved Founding Pilot Order Form within 30 calendar days after Assessment delivery. The Founding Pilot requires a separate signed Order Form before activation or media-spend commitment.
